gsabeetha@yahoo.co.in
Hello Sir, My H1B Extension is denied on Mar-30-2020. I have received the denial notice on Apr-21-2020. My I-94 is expired on Jan-10-2020. I have applied for B2 VISA and got the receipt number. My PERM is applied on Dec-02-2019 and it got approved on Apr-24-2020. Now i have submitted all the documents required for I-140 process to attorney. My attorney will be filing I-140 in 3-4 weeks. Consider if I will be travelling after May 15th to India, Would that be affect my I-140 process filing? Edited May 6, 2020 by gsabeetha@yahoo.co.in Quote Link to comment
