free Posted May 2, 2020 Report Share Posted May 2, 2020 (edited) Hello, Is the I140 EAD under compelling circumstances valid even if my I140 was filed by my previous employer and was withdrawn 180 days after approval? Thank you for your advise. A layoff and sudden down turn of the economy due to the COVID-19 pandemic may be a compelling circumstance. FYIVYP Posted June 22, 2020 Report Share Posted June 22, 2020 I am on H4 visa and physically present in US and my spouse is on H1-B.
