hknm
Hello Experts, I need your help for following scenario. my PERM was filed by a Consultant A and it get approved. Before filling i-140, I got a permanent job from Company B, and I joined Company B. But my previous consultant - A did not revoke my PERM. Now my Employer (Company - B) filling my PERM but I do not have any details for previous PERM (filled by Consultant A), My current employer asking me to share previous PERM details, but I don't have those as my previous consultant did not share my approved PERM, So, my question is - If don't share old PERM details to new employer, will there be any issue with refilling my PERM ? and my new employer B really need those details, without such details they can not file my PERM ? Please help in such scenario. Quote Link to comment
User099
New Employer should start the Perm process again on the basis of the job he is offering you, not sure why he is asking for previous perm details. Employers don't need old perm details to file a new PERM. Quote Link to comment
