Currently, I am India and my visa interview got cancelled due to corona outbreak I do not have a valid H4 visa stamp to enter the USA. I f I get a new H1(797) approved from any company, can I use my new 797 and previous H1 visa(stamped in Sep-2018 and valid until Mar-2021) to enter USA? In USA : From 2014 - H1B status In USA : Mar 2018 - I797 extension approved and valid until Mar-2021 In USA : Mar-2018 to Sep-2018 - H1B status Travelled to India : Sep-2018 - H1B Visa stamp approved until Mar-2021 In USA : Oct-2018 to May-2019 - H1B Status In USA : May-2019 - Applied Change of status to H4 In USA : July-2019 - change of status to H4 approved Travelled to India : Feb 2020 In India : Feb-2020 till date I appreciate any suggestions.
