eternity12 Posted March 20, 2020 Report Share Posted March 20, 2020 Hi, I'm gonna file for my brothers' citizenship. In the form I-130, birth certificate is needed to prove sibling relationship. In all 3 of us, our father's name is correct but the suffix after his name is different. Example: XYZbhai, XYZrai, XYZkumar. Everything else- our first names and last names/ surnames are correct. Does this difference consider as "recognized as any other names" in the I-130? Do my brothers need any affidavit to show that XYZbhai, XYZrai, XYZkumar are the same person? Please advise.
