My employer is planning to change my job title from Engineer II to Sr. Engineer after filing I-140 and then file for h1b amendment with new title as per recommended by attorney. I plan to apply for H4 EAD for my spouse. My question: Since the PERM process is done with Engineer II title and we plan to apply for H4 EAD after changing the title to Sr. Engineer, will this cause any problem with EAD application?
