prateek1125
Greetings, My i140 petition to USCIS Texas SC got lost after being received in their mail-room (FedEx has signed receipt) , implying my original Labor documents are lost. Now that my 140 is filed on duplicate copies that my attorney retained, they do not want to convert the 140 process in premium considering it may fetch rejection !?! .. What are my options ? Wait for the normal processing time or is there something else that can be done in this case ? I know this is weird, but my 2 petitions to Premium Processing mail rooms were lost one after another. It was on 3rd attempt to regular processing mailroom that a receipt was generated. Quote Link to comment
User099
Unless you badly in need of the I140 for an extension of H1, why do you want to convert it to premium? Are you close to filing a I485 if I140 is approved? Quote Link to comment
