vrptn Posted March 5, 2020 Report Share Posted March 5, 2020 Hi, My employer is a non- profit research organization but always filed cap- subject H1b till now and they decided to go with cap- exempt H1b application in my case with necessary supporting documentation to prove that they fall under research non- profit organization. Is there a chance that my h1b will be rejected since they used to apply for cap- subject H1b's always and never did a cap- exempt application before? Quote Link to comment
