pradeeptriin05 Posted March 4, 2020 Report Share Posted March 4, 2020 Hi, I am currently in US on L1B which was expired in Apr 2018 but I got I94 until Aug 2020 so my employer did not file L1B extension in 2018. They have now filed L1A COS for which I got an RFE. My RFE response date is May 22, 2020 but my L1B max out on Apr 30. Can I still stay in US beyond Apr 30 while RFE is in progress? My employer has also applied for H1B this year. What if my L1 rejected but H1 picked? Thanks, Quote Link to comment
