PersonWithQuery Posted March 3, 2020 Report Share Posted March 3, 2020 Hello, My L1A visa got denied for extension last year March 2019, so I moved back to India.My I-140 was approved under EB1 category.Now after a cool-off period of one year, my company is planning to apply my new visa application under L1B visa. I'm worried if that will impact my approved I-140 or not. Also will my I-485 filing later be considered under same EB1 OR will it move to EB2 due L1B.
