Can new H1B proecess started immediately after coming back from US after max out.

Hi,

I recently (a month ago) moved back to India, after completing 6 years of my H1B visa.

In my parent company, new H1B nomination process for 2020, will be started soon.

Can I again apply for H1B "year2020" process? Or do I need to wait for full 1 calendar year to be eligible to do so i.e. H1B "year 2021" process?

Wait for 1 full year before you can apply.

You need to be outside the US for at least a year before a new H1 can be filed. So, it would be in April 2021.
