Client X and Client Y are in same location, So I have filed Job change LCA since they are in same MSA I have not filed Amendment. Now I am planning to go to India for Emergency Situation and get my H1 -B Visa stamped. Do I need to have amendment filed for Client Y to go to Visa interview? Please help.
