MontyBorges Posted February 18, 2020 Report Share Posted February 18, 2020 Hi, My Spouse based green-card is in process(I130 and I485) and i intend to goto India next month. I do not have H1B visa stamped on my passport, so i would like to get that stamped, so i can come back to the country. Is there a problem, if my I130 gets approved when i am in India? Will i get the stamping from the consulate or is there some sort of questions asked on why i didnt file for Advance parole? Please advice. Quote Link to comment
