Can I file a new H1b in cap for the current year , or should I nod do when I140 application is pending . Quote Link to comment

vishwa.c Posted February 14, 2020 Author Report Share Posted February 14, 2020 Thanks for the response , so if the new H1b gets picked up in lottery and later rejected for some reason , will it impact my I140 processing in anyway ? Will I be able to use my old H1b for amendment if my I140 gets approved after the new H1B is rejected ? Quote Link to comment
