H1B CAP EXEMPT ELIGIBILITY

Hi Team,

I got selected in lottery on 2019 H1B cap, later my petition was issued with an RFE, after responding to RFE the case was denied on Feb 6 -2020.

My question is,  whether I am eligible for Cap Exempt or not.

Please help me here.

Since your petition was never approved, you will be subject to cap now.

You will have to go thought the lottery again, you are subject to cap.
