H4 Extension and new H4 EAD with extension in processing

Hi,

I have applied for my H4EAD for the first time in August 2019 and got it approved and got my EAD card in Dec 2019 which was valid for only 1 month that is till Jan 2020 as my I-94 ends in Jan 2020.  
        In November 2019, that is before I got my H4 EAD approved and immediately after my husband’s H1B extended, my husband’s employer applied for my H4 extension and H4 EAD extension to save the processing time. The biometrics for H4 extension was completed on Nov 27th and the cases for H4 extension and H4 EAD extension are still in processing (No status change). 
            Now, my husband is planning to move to his client for full time. My questions are:

1. As part of my husband’s transfer do we need to submit a new application for my H4 and EAD extensions? If yes:

2. a)Is there a way to link my “in progress” H4 and H4 EAD cases to the new H4 extension application to save the processing time spent on them? 

                         (Or)

b) there is no other way and the time taken for my previously submitted applications is all a waste?

Jan 2020 as my I-94 ends in Jan 2020. .. did you have any new I94.. if not you are out of status and illegal. Please look into it.

Your is tricky. Better to consult lawyer or your husband attorney can advice I guess
