srk11
Hi I'm working on CPT with an employer A and My H1B got aprroved recently with the another employer and I received I797B form. Now I'm thinking to transfer that H1B to my employer A without going to Stamping. Is it possible to transfer that H1B to employer A ? and then go to stamping Also I don't want to leave my Employer A and He is interested to apply a new H1B this March. Does my H1B - I797B approval with other employer will have any impact on the new H1B application? Please advice me. Thanks in advance Quote Link to comment
User099
I don't think you can transfer to Emp A as your was approved under consular processing. If Emp A is applying for a new H1 in March, it will not have any impact from old H1 approval. Quote Link to comment
cyberlord
I think you should be joining the new employer to get your H1 activated. After that you can transfer this visa to Employer A. Quote Link to comment
