I am working for the same parent organization in USA and worked in India from Sep 2017 to Feb 2019. Now, I want to convert/apply my H1B visa L1B. Is it possible to change H1B to L1B in this scenario if working for same parent company in USA and I have been worked in India for same company for more than 1 year within 3 year.Thanks Quote Link to comment
