Shrekanth Posted February 3, 2020 Report Share Posted February 3, 2020 Hello sir,my wife was on F1visa and me and my son was on F2 dependents,and my wife has applied for H1 visa and got approved on September 30 ,2019.the lawyer has not applied for my status change from F2 to H4 while he was file my wife H1 and we came to now it on January 21,2020.and when we ask the lawyer then on 21 January he applied for status change and told us to go to India for stamping..and I booked ticket to India for 6 February 2020.so please advice me is it going right.is there any problem for staying this many days without status..do you advice to go India for stamping or not Quote Link to comment
