How does my citizenship change the H1B recapture(Cap except) and approved i140

Hi,

I have lived in US for 8 years on H1B. I have an approved i140 with priority date of June 2015.I moved to Australia on PR in march 2019 . Below are a few questions I have.

I will be eligible to apply for my Australian citizenship in feb 2023 and expecting to get my citizenship by end of 2024.

1. If I decide to move back to US after my citizenship should I make sure I move back to US before 6 years gap to be eligible for H1B Cap exempt? I read in a few forums that the 6 year limit for cap exempt no longer exist. 

2. If I make sure I can apply for my H1B on cap exempt, what impact will my citizenship change have on the visa application.

3. My I140 is approved with priority date of 2016. What impact my citizenship change have on my approved i140?
