H1B Extension RFE question

Hello,

I have received RFE for employee employer relationship for my H1 Extension. SOW has expired 12/31/2019. It is in the process of renewal and wont be available before the deadline to submit RFE expires .  MSA and client letter is available until December 2020 . What are the chances of approval with MSA and Client letter ? EC model .

I think that should be enough and will work. Does the client letter describes the EE relationship?

It depends on your case and how strong your case is submitted depends on your employer/alwyer competency..Why SOW renewal takes lot of time?

Client letter clearly has the project end date and says about EE relationship i.e the employer will be responsible for salary hiring firing performance assessment and so on ..
