Dev22
I have stamping valid until Sept 2020 on my existing H1B visa and I have amendment plus extension approved as well with the same employer. I will be travelling to Mexico end of February for three days for work and wanted to know if I can still use the existing valid stamping to travel or do I need to have my extension to be stamped to enter back into the country? Please let me know. Thanks in advance! Quote Link to comment

cyberlord
You can enter United States using the same visa as it is valid till Sep 2020. You don't need another stamp. Quote Link to comment
