USDream1
I am working for company A where i was a manager in India before coming to US. Company A filed I-140 under EB1 which got approved in Oct 2018. Now, i am planning to change my company and will join as a senior manager in company B. What will happen to I-140 ? Can company B file I140 under EB1 keeping Oct 2018 as priority date ? Quote Link to comment
User099
Company B will have to file for a new I140 and they should be able to port the priority date. 16 hours ago, USDream1 said: I am working for company A where i was a manager in India before coming to US. gopalakrishnach
Within 180 days company A can revoke your I140. In that case company B must file for new one and port your PD. Quote Link to comment

Thanks for your answer. But i was not a manager in offshore (in last 3 years) in company - B which is the basic criteria of EB1 multi national manager category. Do you think company-B still can apply I-140 in EB1 ? I am joining Company-B as a Senior Manager in US. Quote Link to comment

gopalakrishnach
Why donot you ask company B directly. I am sure they can answer a professional enquiry... Quote Link to comment
