H4 validity when H1 ammendment approved with reduced validity

I applied for h4 ead for my wife when my H1 was valid till 09/2020

Now, I moved to a new client and applied for amendment and got approved with reduced validity, i.e. the new end date is 12/31/2019

 

I have applied for h1 extension.

My question is since my wife's has h4 ead still valid till 09/2020, can she still keep working?

Yes, she can keep working. No issues. Just make sure to renew when it is due. H-4 EAD can be renewed 6 months before expiry.

what will hapeen if h1B approval is still not aaproved as approval are taking time .

 

Can we still apply for H4 EAD extension without getting H1B Extension approved.
