NishanthM
Hi, I filed H1b amendment with my current client A and it is in process. However, it appears my project is going to end soon. I have plans to move to a different client. My LCA address is Home address as I work remote with client A. Even with Client B, I will be working from home. Do I need to file an LCA in my case as there is no address change? Quote Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
I guess no LCA since I feel LCA has only address not client name. I may be wrong. But if your H1B results in RFE for client A then it will be hard for you. Quote Link to comment
User099
LCA is filed by your attorney and not you. Let them decide if they have to file a new one or not, why do you worry about it. It doesn't cost anything to file for a new LCA, if needed. Quote Link to comment
