H4 Visa Stamping 221G

I am a FTE in USA and got married in DEC 2019 , My wife went for H4 Visa stamping(India - New Delhi) on Jan 7 2020 and was given 221 G (passport returned) asking for marriage photographs .

We emailed the photographs on the same day to the consulate , We have yet not heard back from consulate . 221G talks about administrative processing and unto 60 days of window . 

Has anyone seen this case and what is a typical timeline by experience that consulate comes back with a reply ?

Also are there alternative to expedite the process ?

There are no alternatives. Need to wait patiently since you already submitted the requested documents.

221G for H4 asking for marriage photos- Yes, seen these cases before. But why did you not carry the photos before? Its one of the main proofs to prove you are actually married.

Timeline - It should clear out in a couple of weeks.

Yeah , I realized it later . We did carry marriage certificate which had a picture of both of us and we were in assumption that it would do .
