I got an offer from CEO of a start up company, who is willing to sponsor my H1B transfer. He ran his business remotely(home address) till now and is ready to lease WeWork Office space to meet physical address requirements to hire H1B employee as per USCIS.

Can you please help me understand whether employer's shared workspace location qualify as physical office address for sponsoring H1b?
