Hi,

1. I am on H1B, with I140 approved with Company 1, in State A.
2. I have accepted an offer from Company 2 in State B.
Company 2 has my H1B transferred and working on my I140 priority date recapture process.
3. Company 2 in State B is fine with me working remote and travelling for a week onsite, once every month.

1. My wife is on H4 EAD and is working with Company "i" in State A.
2. My kids are in school in State A.

Question:
1. Can my wife, who is working on H4 EAD, and my kids in school, stay in state A and I travel for my work to state B?

Please help me with this question.

Yes, you should be fine. But check if this change in your work location will need an H1 amendment with your immigration team.
