My client is providing Client Letter but Vendor and client does not do SOW or PO's. So the only option for me now to submit Beeline screenshot which shows my project details and other stuff. Please suggest me will this be good enough or do i need to get any more documents ? Quote Link to comment

User099 Posted January 14, 2020 Report Share Posted January 14, 2020 How does your Vendor and Client do business if there is no legal agreement between them? There should be some kind of agreement between them, right? Your client letter should have your job duties at the client location and the right to control should be with your employer as per the letter. Your vendor should also provide you with a similar letter where right to control is with your employer that will satisfy the EE relationship. Quote Link to comment
