StartSports123
I am in my 10th year of H1b visa. I might need to go out of USA to India for one to two years due to family reasons. Assuming my present H1 stamp is already expired during the two years' stay in India. Is it possible to file H1 extension/transfer under a cap-exempt category using approved I -140? Or my present employer need to file a new H1 under lottery? Quote Link to comment
