Ajay Kovuru Posted January 9, 2020 Report Share Posted January 9, 2020 Hi, My wife h4 case was denied. I have my h1 approved untill july 2020. Currently she is pregnant and will not able to travel. What are the option i have to stay in US apart from moving out country.? I am still waiting reason for denial as case got updated today. Any help is most appreciated. Quote Link to comment

Ajay Kovuru Posted January 11, 2020 Author Report Share Posted January 11, 2020 @User099 as she was previously admitted to US on F2 it will be D/S. Where can we see I94 Expiry date. I can still retrieve her I94 from DHS website. Does it means she is in status untill before the decision date?. Most of the attorney are telling to file MTR. Still waiting for the reason for Denial. will it be problem if she stays in country when MTR is open? Quote Link to comment
