redcarpet
On Dec 3 my new employer B filed H1-B transfer under premium. We submitted all the required documents along with the paystubs. I get paid bi-weekly by my current employer A. So we filed the transfer with the paystubs upto Oct 1st to Oct 15. My bad I got my Nov 1st to 15th paycheck on the day it was filed i.e. Dec 3 and I missed to add it. Hence I got the RFE on Dec 16 asking to submit the paystub from Oct 15 onwards to prove active visa status during that period. As of today I have paystubs upto Nov 30 and we answered the RFE sending the available paystubs and the bank statements showing the pattern followed for the past 12 months. My worry is will they ask for the Dec pay now. I will get them on Jan 15 only , not before that. Any suggestions will give me relief. Quote Link to comment
User099
I think you should be good and they will not ask for any more pay stubs because you submitted till Nov 30th and transfer filed on Dec 3rd, that's close enough to prove you are on status. Quote Link to comment
adshah84
No they will not ask more. They need proof that on the day of filling you was on valid H1b status. Quote Link to comment
