rkanthm Posted January 3, 2020 Report Share Posted January 3, 2020 I94 validity - Nov 16th 2019 H1B Extension filed On 15th Oct 2019 in premium processing Got RFE on 1st week of Nov, responded to RFE on 19th DEC. Got online update as denied on 30th DEC. My attorney not yet received denial copy. my I 94 expired 2 months back. After how many days I have to leave the country, as attorney not yet received hard copy, they are not responding. Is the unlawful present count starts after online update or after attorney receiving physical copy of denial notice? can someone let me know ? thanks in advance. Quote Link to comment
