shanch
my spouse is on h4 visa to enter USA and she is pregnant. are there going to be any issues at POE during her 34th week? She will be entering USA from canada as she is working there and all her doctor appointments are in USA since day1 as she used to work in US and moved to Canada recently as part of the job. I think this is not something like someone trying to enter US on tourist visa to have US citizenship to child. In our case she is on H4 dependent visa and used to live in US before pregnancy as well. Trying to get some info and see if anyone previously had similar situations and what kind of questions or documents needs to be carried to clear POE. thanks in advance. Quote Link to comment
User099
There will certainly be additional questions on travel as she is so close to giving birth. But if you carry all appointment records and if you are in US and she doesn't have any one in Canada to care for here, then she might be able to clear POE. Good Luck! Quote Link to comment

You only need to show proof of insurance since she will be delivering a baby in USA. Quote Link to comment
