And now, I got a new job with a different client. So, I need to apply for H1- b Amendment before my join date which is Jan 13th, 2020. Can I apply for H1-b amendment now? As my wife H4 stamping is still under Administrative processing? My wife is planning to come on Feb 6th,2020, if everything goes well with the visa. Can you please clarify me on this?
