RFE Response

Hi All,

I am been working with company A on a project B from last year when I started here in USA. I applied for an extension as my I94 expired on June 30.

I applied for the extension before same and later made the extension to premium.

I revived an RFE in 10 days, submitted the response in 30 days and landed on 2nd RFE.

Now my RFE submission is about to be submitted on Jan. But chances there my project B can end on dec and my company have project C ready for me. can we submit RFE on Jan though my project B is already terminated with A.

My 240 days end on Feb.

It all depends on what the 2nd RFE is about. Safest option will be to respond to the RFE before your project B is over and file for a amendment for project C as a bridge petition.
