BaniShetty Posted December 18, 2019 Report Share Posted December 18, 2019 Hello All, My 2019 H1B was denied in Aug 2019. My employer filled for MTR and got a new receipt number. When I check for MTR status, it shows case was approved on Dec 12th, however my employer received a notice saying USCIS has reopened my initial H1B which was denied in Aug. Now when I check the status of the initial H1B it shows my petition got denied on Dec 17 but MTR status shows approved on Dec 12. Does anyone has same issue? does this mean my petition is denied or approved? Quote Link to comment
