Hi All,

My H1B extension get denied in US. Attorney filed a new petition this week on premium processing for same employer and same position

In my initial extension ,applied for regular processing on Feb 2019 ,received RFE  for speciality occupation on April and deniel on November . Hence my attorney suggested this time for Consular processing.

Can you please advise if some had similar experience recently,if so please provide your Visa interview experience and valuable advises.
