Hi, 

I have entered US on F2 visa in last aug-2018 and applied for H1 b in april-2019. It picked up in the lottery and its still under processing. My F2 got expired on sep 30th and my husband H1 b is approved on sep 3.  As my h1 is still under pending and my F2 got expired. I'm I still legal to stay in the US.
