H1B Extension Denied; H1 B amendment denied; I-94 Valid ?

H1B Extension denied on Dec 19, H1 B amendment denied due to lack of specialty occupation on Aug 19 , I-94 is valid until Aug 20, 
I had approved petition from prior employer Aug 2020. 
1) Can I stay in US with current employer after H1B Extn and Amendement denied 
2) Can I apply for transfer with new employer by using prior employer petition I-797. 
Please help me on this
