Hello,

I am trying to fill form I765 to renew my H4 EAD but recently I got my passport renewed and have not traveled outside the country after renewal. Which passport number should I enter while filing form I-765? my old passport which has expired or my new passport which I have not used till now for international travel?

Got one more question in regards to filing form i765, do I have to give my USCIS# which is on my H4 EAD card for Alien # in I765 part 2 question # 8?

Yes. The 9 digit number.
