SupariSharma
About 7 year ago, H1b visa was approved and I was called for Stamping. However, because I was called for stamping, employer fired me. Duration of this back and forth was about 4-5 months of documentation etc. Employer did not provide any pay stubs as such, but may have filed for Taxes. I hired a personal attorney later, who advised me to leave country in 10 days. I left. I want to know whether I should have gotten pay stubs or whether it is good that I did not get any pay stubs, because the H1b was denied anyway/ revoked by employer. Quote Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
Having pay stubs records with you will not hurt you. In future you will use them if needed else not. Quote Link to comment
