H1 Transfer Applied but not joined, Can the same H1 be extended eventhough not joined?

I am working for Ifosys and my client is Big Bank. My client has another vendor SysTech, who offered me a job and they did a H1 transfer with same client. The H1 tranfer visa is valid till this December 2019. I did not join the SysTech and continued staying in Ifosys as I have signed non-compete form. My current visa(sponsored by Ifosys) is in extension as it expired on Jun 2019, and it got it into RFE now. I am waiting for paperwork completion by my Ifosys immigration team. Meanwhile is it good to extend the visa sponsored by another vendor(SysTech) in the same time. Will it make any issue as I an trying with same client?. Please provide me reference link if possible. Interesting, vendor is willing to apply for an extension for a job which you never started with them. It will not be an issue if vendor can provide all the required documents for the transfer to USCIS.

If you are not working for the other vendor they by law had to inform USCIS of that fact. That means that H1 is gone.
