The current validity of H1b is till Dec-2019 and My Employer A has already started the extension process in regular processing. Due to some reasons, I have to travel back to India (First time after H1b) in the last week of December. And I will be working from India for Employer A during my stay. Now my question is, Is it possible that Employer B(who is in US) can file for my H1B transfer. And I can go for H1B stamping (First stamping) for employer B. Resign the Employer A from India and come back to the US to work for Employer B. Thanks Quote Link to comment
