vicha
Hi , I am beyond my initial 6 years of H1B. I have an approved I-140 from Employer A. I have joined Employer B a few months and have a valid H1B visa with Employer B. My employer A is not providing me with I-140 Approval Notice original/copy. I will be going for visa stamping to India next year. Will I run into problems during the stamping at the Consulate without the I-140 approval notice ? I have a copy of the I-140 petition itself. Any insight into this topic will be much appreciated Quote Link to comment
User099
Since you are getting a visa extension on the based of an approved I140, they will most likely ask for a copy of it. If you have the copy of the petition and if it mentions that it was approved, that might be enough. Quote Link to comment
