KG2403 Posted December 6, 2019 Report Share Posted December 6, 2019 I recently got denial on my H1B extension after staying 10+ years in USA (4 years on L1 and 6+ years on H1B). My i140 was approved in 2013. Am i eligible for H Cap Exempt? If so, how long does it take for approval after filing by employer? And do i need to return India to file it?
