Satishch
Hi, My H1B petition is issued with an RFE for Employer Employee Relationship, this requires a client letter, but as per my client policy technically they will no provide a client letter for fresh H1B petitions, can i submit MSA(master service agreement) as a alternative to client letter? will that suffice, please confirm. Thanks, Satish Quote Link to comment
JoeF
The employer has to handle that. Their lawyer (they have one, do they?) knows what to do. Quote Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
In my case for visa stamping interview, I took email correspondance with my manager which stated that client does not give letters to contractors. Fortunately, in that email chain I had HR, legal and immigration heads of my client and I explained same to VO and show him the email copy. He went over it and said he will accept it and understands client stance. Quote Link to comment
User099
You can send the msa and the email or conversation that says they don't issue a client letter. It worked in some cases. Quote Link to comment
