H4 and H4 Ead processing time

Hello, 

I have applied from h4 extension and H4ead renewal on oct 10 and oct 24 respectively. Biometric review was completed on oct 28. H1is approved.

My h4 ead expires in March. Looking at the processing times I am worried that my h4 ead renewal might not come until March. Can you you all help me suggest any ways I can request expedite my case. I really worried coz not getting extension might cost me by job.
