First time H1B stamping | Questions

Hi, 

I am planning for 1st time H1B stamping and I have few questions.

My Background in India is Bpharm and Mpharm, I have done Masters in CS with all the available prereqs. My initial F1 Visa is for a different University (public health), but I changed to the other University (CS). Also, I traveled once in my OPT period to India and came back safely.

 

My Questions:

1. Do I need to carry any additional supporting documentation since I am from a different background?
2. Does the change of University affect my H1B stamping or the interview, if yes, how and what can I do?
3. While completing my DS 160, should I match the information what I filled in 1st DS 160? (Unfortunately, I don't have a copy of my 1st DS 160)

Any additional feedback or tips are highly appreciated.
