H1B EXTENSION DENIED BUT HAVE VALID H1B STAMP AND I94

My H1B extension Denied on October 28, 2019 and have valid H1B stamp & I94 till January 8,2020 with I-140 approved through current employer A. 
My Current employer A is filing H1B amendment + Extension through different client. In parallel i got offer from new employer B, they have initiated H1B Transfer & it is in progress through new employer B. If H1B transfer gets approved through new employer B before January 8,2020. Can i join new employer B before January 8,2020 ?. Do you see any issues in joining employer B on approval notice before January 8,2020.

No issues, joining new Employer anytime after getting an approval notice is the best thing you can do.

In parallel i got offer from new employer B, they have initiated H1B Transfer & it is aprpoved through new employer B but somehow joining date is getting delayed & they are offering me joining date of January 10,2020 . Can i join new employer B on January 10,2020 ?.  Do you see any issues in joining employer B on January 10,2020 as my I94 expiring on January 8,2020?.
